This website, lumhour.com, is operated by Lumhour. Lumhour is a trading name of Abdul-Samad Adeyemi, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Please don't send returns to this address: email us first and we'll give you the correct return address.

2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Our products

Lumhour is a cosmetic LED device for personal use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please read the safety information on the product page and in the user manual before use, and speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or light sensitivity, take medication that makes you sensitive to light, or have any skin or eye condition. Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any UK VAT that applies. If you choose to view prices in another currency, the amount is converted for convenience and your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Shipping is free. For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country and are your responsibility. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is processed and you can choose to cancel.

5. Your order and our contract with you

After you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and if we do we'll refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us, and you own it once we've received full payment.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and the Lumhour name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our permission.

10. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
